Mindy Stein, P.A. is a law firm concentrating in the areas of elder care law, disability law, estate planning and probate administration.

Prior to earning her Juris Doctor from the Shepard Broad School of Law at Nova Southeastern University, Ms. Stein earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Clark University and her Masters in Social Work degree from Columbia University.

Ms. Stein's social work experience included positions as case manager and intake supervisor at a skilled nursing facility; director of social services at a rehabilitation center for disabled children; director of a shelter for battered women; and renal social worker and member of kidney transplant team in an urban hospital.

Ms. Stein's exposure to and experience with diverse vulnerable populations has prepared her for the unique blend of cultural, financial, familial and medical circumstances that accompanies every client. Ms. Stein works collaboratively with her clients, the clients' family members, and the clients' service providers to develop a customized plan that is practical and realistic for the special needs of that client and his/her family.

Mindy Stein P.A. represents clients in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade Counties, including the cities of Boca Raton, Deerfield Beach, Delray Beach, Pompano Beach, Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, West Palm Beach, Palm Beach, Coral Springs, Coconut Creek, Tamarac, Margate, Fort Lauderdale, and the communities of Century Village, Sunrise Lakes, Courtyards of Broward, Oriole Village and Kings Point.
